Meditations

Meditation is an ancient practice that promotes well-being and balance. The focus is on the breath and self awareness.

At The Healing Butterfly Touchwe bring a Guest speaker to each of our our monthly meditations. They would talk about different interesting topics following the meditation. After this, we share some food and network.

We usually go from 7pm to 9pm on the third Wednesday of each month and we ask you to bring a small plate to share.
